BCEE offers the Master of Engineering program (M. Eng.) in Building Engineering, and also in Civil Engineering which includes Environmental Engineering as one of its three major concentrations. The M.Eng. program is designed to provide practicing engineers with an opportunity to strengthen and extend the knowledge they have obtained at the undergraduate level, to develop their design skills, and to enhance their ability to present technical material in written form. The program requires satisfactory completion of 45 credits of course work. Students interested in research should refer to the M.A.Sc Programs instead. A variety of scholarships and awards are available to qualified students including international students.
Applicants to the M.Eng. Program must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with high standing. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in architecture with high engineering content may also be considered for the M.Eng. program. Such students will be required to enroll in an extended program. Qualified applicants requiring prerequisite courses may be required to take such courses in addition to their regular graduate program. Applicants with deficiencies in their undergraduate preparation may be required to take a qualifying program. Apply here. After having applied, you will have your student's ID, which you should use in all your correspondence with the university. In order to graduate, the students must complete the courses described below, and maintain the minimum acceptable academic performance during the program. | ||
