Graduate Certificate in Environmental Engineering [1] The Graduate Certificate in Environmental Engineering is designed for practicing engineers who wish to specialize in one or more of the following subdisciplines in Environmental Engineering:
The program has 4 courses (16 credits) that can be completed in 2 semesters of part-time study. Students with high standing in their bachelor program and whose academic records satisfy the requirements for good standing in the Master’s Program in Civil Engineering may apply for transfer to the M.Eng. or M.A.Sc. program.
Applicants to a certificate must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering with an above-average standing. The Department will recommend on the acceptability of an applicant for admission to the program and may require the applicant to do specific remedial course work to meet the program requirements.
