Application Deadlines
Applications are accepted for entry into the following semesters:
- Summer (May)
- Fall (September)
- Winter (January)
You should submit the application well before the start of the semester in order to allow sufficient time for evaluation and notification, and also for visa purpose if you are from outside Canada. Late applications will be considered for the earliest possible term.

What happens after you have applied?
The Admissions Office will authenticate the documents and inform you if additional document or information is required. In your communication with the university, make sure to include your Concordia student's ID-number. The status of your application is available online through MyConcordia Portal.
Undergraduate Programs
- Applications and additional supporting documents should be sent to the following address:

- Once all documents are complete, the decision on admission will be sent to you within 5 weeks.
Graduate Programs

- Applications and additional supporting documents should be sent to the following address:

- Applications for Graduate Certificate programs or for M.Eng. programs are processed directly by the Graduate Admissions Office. And once all documents are complete, the decision on admission will be sent to you within 5 weeks.
- Applications for M.A.Sc and Ph.D. programs, once complete, are sent to BCEE Department for review by potential supervisors. This entire process may take up to 8 weeks. To accelerate the process, applicants may wish to contact research faculty in your area in order to express your interests and qualifications. It is recommended that you submit a research dossier that includes:
- Student ID and a detailed CV.
- A brief statement of your research interest and background, or a research proposal.
- In the event of lack of supervisor, qualified M.A.Sc. applicants will be notified and offered admission into the M.Eng Program instead. Applicants who wish to take advantage of this option can send the request to the Graduate Program Director at any time.
