Presentations - Instructions
Instructions to presenters
- 20 minutes will be allowed for the presentation of each paper, followed by a 5-minute question period. This rule will be enforced by session chairs to ensure that all presenters will have their allotted time and that no session ends late.
- Computers and overhead projectors will be available for PowerPoint presentations. Please have your PowerPoint presentation on a CD (compatibility with memory sticks is limited). Please copy your presentation to the computer before the session.
- Overhead projectors will also be available for presentations on transparencies.
Instructions for the Ph.D. seminar
- Between 20 to 30 minutes will be given to each Ph.D. student to present his/her work, depending on the number of participants.
